Painful and horrible
They are horrible, they made mine and my husband's feet hurt worse than they were before. After a day at work walking and standing all day my feet were swollen and bruised. I could barely walk when I got home.

They helped stimulate my feet while I worked and served drinks 8 hours... I loved the way they felt... sometimes the metal parts would come out, but once I learned that I removed it where it didn’t help as much and put one where I liked them placed on my feet
