My most beloved appliance
If you are a coffee lover, this is a life changing appliance. Been working beautifully for the last month. Lots of options and adjustments if you want, otherwise the default settings work well. Walks you step by step every time if the process of making a particular style gets confusing. Cleans itself up nicely after every use. The standout feature of this model is that it can take coffee powder in as well as beans and that is truly unique.

Delonghi Prima Donna - Present and future of coffee machines for home/office use
After searching for 4months and reviewed, tested, spoken with different companies and over 50 coffee machine brands in India i finally selected Delonghi Prima Donna bought it from Orion Professional Appliances at good discount. Seller also helped me in onsite installation and supply of quality beans. I was beyond amazed at what the PrimaDonna Elite was capable of! The machine utilizes a 4.3" color TFT LCD display for that instinctive, personalized touch in selecting and brewing your special tastes. You can even create your own profile for infinite possibilities of the best quality-in-cup results! The De'Longhi Coffee Link app is probably my favorite feature of the PrimaDonna Elite because it conveniently allows you to create new beverages and recipes, and provides you with tips and suggestions on how to maintain your coffeemaker as well. Making a cup of coffee has never been easier with a complete control of your machine at the touch of your fingertips! You can Download the app for iOS and Android. i start my day with a cup of specially brewed coffee with this Coffee Machine. With modern, convenient features, this coffee machine makes brewing your favourite cup a simple touch away.Best in class. And miles ahead in technology and taste of coffee when compared to other brands available in india and usa. Would recommend get suggestions from seller Orion Professional Appliances they will guide you best machine suitable for your needs.

after not even a year it broke
Not even a year later, the mechanical part failed. You have to be careful all the time that the water tank is full. It consumes water.

Superb coffee
An amazing coffee machine. It took a couple of weeks to work out the coffee we enjoy most but well worth it. The coffee is hot, easily adjustable aroma, size of cup and different types of coffee. It uses quite a lot of water for various rinses which are essential to keep it clean .Also a bit more work with emptying coffee grinds and drip tray but worth it for the quality of the coffee.Haven’t descaled it yet so can’t comment on that process. Delighted with purchase..

A great product
Had it for a year, at first I was about to issue a refund, the water and everything is not running in the machine at the first run and the instructions was not clear what to do, but after 6 or 7 cycles it runs and worked smoothly. For the coffee tast and quality is up to the beans you have, this machine never failed to impress me, got it in deal for 5500 sr (1460$) and it worth every penny.
