Hands down the best hemorrhoid relief. Worked perfectly. Small bottle, but it lasts a long time. I have recommended this product to several people who have used it as a last resort, and wish they had listened and tried it first. The Goodbye Company has wonderful products, and this one has got to be my absolute favorite. Recommend highly if you suffer from hemorrhoids.

I’m not one to talk about things that burn my behind but I have to. I had a stomach bug back at the end of February & my inner plumbing hasn’t been right since. I’ve tried fiber, laxatives, probiotics- you name it I’ve tried it. The lack of regularity has caused problems that I’m prone to on a good day. Sadly it got bad. Sitz baths, ice packs, creams, ointments - nothing was working. It just wouldn’t go away. I’ve been using this for a week & let me say, WOW! Major shrinkage the first couple of days & my body is finally healing. It isn’t perfect & certainly isn’t a distant memory but it is improving daily. I don’t know exactly what is different about this stuff but just wow. Being a liquid it isn’t the easiest to apply but it works. Nothing else has. Buy this. You must.

Okay, I thought I’d give this a try during the last few days of my pregnancy when ‘rhhoids decided to debut. Such a lovely topic, y’all, but when it’s happening you need to hear from other people who have had and successfully gotten over them. The reviews seemed promising for this product and I didn’t want to shell out for the remedy I tried last pregnancy when I’d rather buy cute baby clothes (Dr. Butler’s was the other remedy, which did work last pregnancy btw, but is pricier than the competition by far and if I knew I’d be leaving a negative review here, I’d have just bought that one!) Honestly, though, no one has time for anything that doesn’t work in this category which is why I’m bothering to leave a review! This stuff might as well have been snake oil for what it didn’t do. It is moisturizing because it’s oily but didn’t seem to bring any relief whatsoever or have any shrinking/swelling relief properties, to the point the pain/discomfort had me contemplating ‘rhhoid surgery 2 days after giving birth at home w/out meds or birth interventions. My sore tush was gonna make me seek out an intervention even if my baby’s giant head didn’t! The issue definitely got worse after I pushed out a 9lb baby and what is helping more than anything right now is Wishgarden Arnica Oil applied after cleansing with witch hazel tucks wipes which I had on hand already. I’m also using dulcolax, drinking lots of H2O, & downing fiber, all of which are helpful. These pain in the butts need a little time to go away but won’t unless you avoid further strain and are nice to the area! Avoid this one if you’re on the fence because there are more effective remedies to be had!

I have a small farm, raising chickens for meat and eggs and sheep for the lamb meat. I picked up two 5 gallon buckets of water to water the animals. Later I found out what I did to myself. Oops. For the very reasonable price (try going to the doctor for THAT price) I ordered it. All I can say is FREAKING WOW!! I got immediate relief, the hemorrhoid shrank to a tiny nodule inside (sorry about being graphic, but we are talking hemorrhoids) my colon, then finally disappeared! I am beyond thrilled. I would recommend The Goodbye Company to everyone with a hemorrhoid! Now I am looking at their other products, if they are as good as their Goodbye Hemorrhoids Healing Serum, I'll buy them too for whatever problem they are for.
