(Try the reheat function on your air fryer!) I wasn't crazy about the taste. They didn't taste bad, but they weren't amazing right out of the oven, like I would expect of a fresh soft pretzel. Price per pretzel is a bit high to buy very often. A thicker resealable bag for storing in the freezer would be nice.

High quality food item. Company plans shipping dates so that the pretzels arrive fresh. Pretzels are packaged well to protect them during the shipping process. Coarse salt is included in the package along with baking instructions.

Not efficient
Although the pretzels are delicious, taking three weeks to deliver them is ridiculous.

Very Authentic
Loved the pretzels. I've looked for years to find something that came close to what we had in Germany and these are the best so far. Unfortunately, I can only get them in the Lower 48 and I live in AK. Would love to work out a way to get them to my home.

I know it says that they were not but they moiled a little to fast for me.
