This product was delivered without the compatible remote in the package. How do I get the remote delivered to me as soon as possible?

I would return the entire product and just have them send you a new one.

Is there a replaceable cord you can buy ?

Yes! USB C is your match. We purchased a 15 foot cord for convenience and I would recommend at minimum an 8ft so you can move it where it works best and still reach your outlets.
