Startonight Wall Art Canvas Maple Tree, Nature USA Framed 24 x 36 Inches

I bought four Startonight Paintings, and I am going to take the easy way out and just combine all four reviews.I placed The Country Landscape Lake in the Kitchen/Dining Area, New from My Garden between the Kitchen & Living Room, Mountain Mirror in the basement (workout area), and Maple Tree is in my Office.I have had them for about a week or two (The Maple Tree came next day as so I have had it longer than the others). I will be honest I have not really gotten the night effect to really come out. Though I think that is related to where the paintings are (Only Maple Tree & Country Landscape Lake get good light on them) and the lack of sun since I bought them. It is December, and it has been snowy/rainy overcast most of the days. I am confident The Maple Tree and Country Landscape will show up once Spring and Summer comes around.Overall, I am very happy with the paintings, they were exactly what I was looking for, they add great color, and are very well done. To give some highlights the Mountain Mirror I stare at when I am on the treadmill, and it has a great relaxing effect. So, it helps me think, and even allows me to visualize I am running on a Mountain path. My Garden Path has got a lot of hidden details, which kind of makes my location for it not the best. As it is definitely one of those paintings you get more out of it just looking at it for a while. Country Landscape Lake is in the Kitchen/Dining Area, which to me works perfectly it is relaxing and a decent conversational piece. Though, I love Rural setting, so it works great for me. If you have more Urban tastes it might not work for you. The Maple Tree is by far my most favorite painting though! Which is why it is in my office, as I spend the most of my time there. I got it in a much larger size than the other (actually be accident, though it turned out for the best). I am not sure if it is the size difference or just the subject matter, but the painting has great high quality detail. I can sit across the room and still make out the footbridge behind the tree. Plus I love the coloring with the fall leaves on the Maple Tree compared to the Green ferns and background trees.

Loved the painting! However, the mounting wood was broke in one spot and my husband had to reinforce it so canvas wouldnt tear. Packaging needs to be stronger. Love the scenery for winter though!

First I'll say, this is just totally different then any other wall art I have. I knew it was going to be something special and it is. It you will need to do a few things to get a "charge". I first hung the canvas in the hall and it didn't glow, which is understandable. I then put it in my bedroom, which worked out even better and I keep the curtains open during the day. The first night, you could see the glow and it's very neat. Now it's not going to be a huge light, or something that will keep you away in the night, if you choose your bedroom. It's just a simple glow and you can make out the art.The back of the canvas is a special glow material. However it's a very well made piece. Canvas is nicely stretched over the wooden frame and is not loose in the corners or anywhere. You can tell it's done professionally and the material is a very high quality.I love the bright colors and how this photo looks. There's so much detail, even down to the leaves on the ground. If you look closely there is a walking bridge behind over a bed of water. A very beautiful piece and extra special at night time.Size is accurate. I love bigget pieces of artwork and that's exactly what this is. So impressed by the quality and craftsmanship and would be happy to recommend. I received this product for an honest and unbiased review.

The largest size wasn’t the best image quality. It looked like a photo that’s been stretched too big, it loses some of the detail.

The media could not be loaded. This print is pretty but it is way overpriced for what it is. It is advertised as colored print THAT GLOWS IN THE DARK. Well, it does not glow, not one bit. The enclosed instruction says: "It is necessary to expose the product for at least 30 minutes to the light spread by fluorescent lamps, economic light bulbs or sunlight." I've tried everything, nothing helped, the print DOES NOT GLOW IN THE DARK. The people who are selling these prints should be checking the quality of the prints before they sell them but they don't. The print also has a large bulge in the middle it rippled like ocean waves. I circled the bulge with red, one can see it clearly that the mid-section of the print is just hanging there. Whoever fastened it on the canvas did a terrible job, did not care about quality.My other problem is the lack of GLOW of the print in the dark room. If it does not glow at my house, it does not glow at the seller's place either. I put the print outside for direct sunlight all day. We live in South America, (a 3rd party shipping company brought the print to us), and we have LOTS of sunshine, days after days. But the print does not glow no matter what I do. I put the print outside on a bench for an all day direct sunlight, it did not help, NO GLOW IN THE DARK effect. Zero. I've tried direct fluorescent light for hours, again, nothing. I've aimed our strong flashlight's light to the print for hours, again, nothing, NO GLOW, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. See all my pictures to see what you will receive if you purchase this print.So be aware before you spend the amount of money they are selling this print for, there will be a big chance that your print won't light up in the dark either.I feel cheated, I feel lied to. The seller is promising a print THAT GLOWS in the dark and that's exactly what I have expected for my money. I also paid extra for shipping it down to South America and I also paid extra customs fees. I received a print that is worth about 1/4th the price of what they are selling it for. The glow part was a lie. There are some good feedbacks that say the print glows in the dark and others say it does not glow at all. I was soooo hoping that they would send me a good copy but they didn't. I mean how long does it take to give it a try at the seller's place and see if the print glows or not? I am broken hearted, I am very disappointed. They should do a quality check for every single print BEFORE they sell it and ship it out but they don't. That would be called QUALITY CONTROL.As I said, if this print does not glow in the dark in my house I guarantee it that it does not glow in the dark at the seller's house either. They've never checked or, they sent a faulty defective item to me on purpose. This print is made in Romania. Unfortunately they are selling a regular cheap print for a lot of money while they are promising the stars, but they don't live up to their promises, this is not an honest way to do business and this should not be allowed on Amazon. I would give MINUS TEN stars for this item if I could. Again, this is just a regular, cheap print with a big bulge in the middle and the print does not glow in the dark no matter what I do.
