Can this hold a book with bubble wrap?

A normal sized book-yes. If it an A4 manual or bigger book then no.

Is this envelop is waterproof?

This is only paper envelope with a thin plastic coating inside. It is NOT waterproof. If you want water proof envelopes, go for polythene covers.

Iam looking for cloth cover to hold around 50 nos of A 4 document to be sent abroad.is it available

This is not Clothlined , but plastic coatged envelope. About the capacity by number of A4 sheets that you can pack inside, depends on the paper size. If it is 70 GSM or lesser thickness paper, you can fill this with 50 sheets . You may need to use some envelope =-stiffner or thin cardboard onj both sides to protect the sheets, that can also be accommodated provided the cardboard/ envelope-stiffner thickness is not more than 120 gsm.

What size of paper will fit (A4 or legal size paper)

This envelope is designed to fit A-4 size paper perfectly without folding. The measurement of A-4 size paper is 8.27"x 11.69". The envelope is slightly bigger in size, so that A4 size paper fits perfectly inside. However Legal Size paper may not fit in this as the Legal Size paper is 8.5"x 14" measurement. I have been using it to send A4 size documents without folding.

Best envelope for office, courier A4

It is a good quality envelope, mesh lined alongwith with low density polyethylene lining which makes it water resistant. A glue tape is provided to be peeled off while sealing the envelope. Recommended

Quality cloth lined envelope- but Priced very high

These are good quality cloth lines envelopes that can be used for many daily use in offices and small home offices for sending documents etc. The build quality is good. However considering the size of the envelope, the thickness of the paper used need to be a bit higher. I would have given 5 star ratintg for this item, if only the price were very reasonable; it is priced rather high.

Slightly small for A4 size paper.

A4 size paper cannot be inserted fully. Insufficient space by couple of mm. Probably they need to reduce glued area at the bottom part.
