Tastefuls Adult Indoor Dry Cat Food, Chicken & Brown Rice, 3-lb Bag

I have been feeding my cat the Blue Buffalo Tastefuls Adult Dry Cat Food Indoor Cat Formula for a few months now, and I am very happy with it. My cat is older and can be picky, but he absolutely loves this food. He enjoys the small kibble size, which makes it easy for him to chew and digest comfortably. I appreciate that it is made in the USA with natural ingredients. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my cat is eating something wholesome and nutritious. I first bought this Blue Buffalo Tastefuls cat food six years ago when I was looking for some cat food that was high-quality and clean, but affordable. I have an almost 7-year-old lazy indoor cat. The flavor must be good, because six years later, and my cat still loves his food. The quality has been consistently excellent over the years. I like that it has real chicken and brown rice rather than filler ingredients. The food is small and round, which make it easy for my cat to eat. It also does not have any odd smells to it. I have tried switching my cat to other foods, but he does not seem to like other brands as much as this one. Even after years on the same food, my cat has had zero issues. He has never had any digestive problems or skin irritation. My cat also stays around the same weight, so he must be getting enough nutrients without getting too much. My cat has regular bowel movements, a shiny coat, and has never had any health issues. I do not believe that is 100% because of the food, but I do think it has helped. The food stays fresh after keeping it in a sealed food container. I only have 1 cat, but a big bag lasts him a couple of months. If you want a reliable, high-quality dry cat food that keeps your indoor cat healthy and satisfied, this one is an excellent choice.

My cat loves this cat food and I feel as though the ingredients are wholesome and pet-friendly. There is no moisture since it is dry cat food and she seems to like the taste.

My cat is super picky when it comes down to hard food. And she has just been devouring this food! I love the sizes of the kibble perfect bite size pieces! Although the bag is on the smaller size, quality is there! Will be repurchasing!

We love blue buffalo. Our Chap is not “super” picky - but he can have his moments. This is a meal he looks forward to! It’s not stinky or crumby. The quality of the food looks nice and appetizing. It’s small nuggets for his tiny teeth so he can eat it easily. Great value for the proce.

When I first started feeding Blue my 5 indoor only cats were dining on Purina Cat Chow, which was at most times all I could afford for them to eat. Then I decided to try Blue and a 15 lb bag of dry kibble lasted a whole month for my boys, which is great. At first I noticed that some were having some stomach upset and a couple would throw up after eating and then as each month went by the one throwing up did it more frequently after eating. I'm not sure why he was throwing up after eating this food but he didn't do it when all I fed was Cat Chow. It took my cats about 3 months of eating Blue for their coats to start becoming very soft, shiny and the poops in the litter box to be less and slightly less smelly. The kibble is small and almost all my cats would rather inhale the food than chew it. I've tried the Turkey, Chicken and Multi cat formulas and noticed that the Multi Cat formula caused the most stomach upset among all 5. The ingredient list is decent for the price of this cat food and I do notice each month the price either goes up a few dollars or back down to a more reasonable price, but then right back up again. I've done some research on Blue and saw the recalls, also them being sued by Purina for not disclosing their full ingredient list on the packages of cat/dog foods, or should I say lying about what is really in their pet foods. That right there concerns me because I've lost a canary and hamster years back from a pet food brand that should have been recalled but wasn't and the food was all manufactured in a place where pesticides are also being manufactured. This wasn't a cheap brand either and I was able to buy one for hamsters and another bird seed for canaries. Within 2 weeks of each other my hamster and canary died. Since then I am more cautious of what foods I buy for my cats and other fur babies. Blue was a choice I made at the time thinking it was safe and also knowing there had been recalls. Finding out that Blue hides ingredients and lies about what really is inside their pet foods is disturbing. I like that my cats all have shiny coats, lots more energy and seem happy enough eating Blue but after this last bag and seeing my poor cat throw up almost every day right after eating (TMI I know, it was all undigested cat food, nothing else) I feel bad and want my boys to at least have a cat food that won't make them so sick. Even if it means going back to Cat Chow which I am against, I want my cats to be happy. Needless to say we won't be coming back for more Blue
