We have really enjoyed this coffee pot. We have a large family of coffee drinkers, and this has been perfect for Sunday breakfasts! Hot coffee on demand for whenever anyone needs a cup. It makes entertaining easy as well. Our unit did stop properly brewing after a few months, but SYBO customer service was excellent-walking us through trouble shooting and replacing the whole unit when none of those worked. Contacting them was easy, and they responded quickly!

I purchased this coffee urn for my high school. It works vewry well and makes great coffee. The instructions are easy to follow and the urn is easy to clean. I had a small issue at one point, but once I contacted SYBO customer support my issue was resolved. The customer support team responded in a timely manner and they were very easy to work with. I wopuld purchase from this company again.

This item SUCKS. It does not work properly. I've been making coffee for over 50 years and this the worst (non) coffee maker.

This 50-cup coffee urn is the perfect size for making my large batches of brew for my iced coffee. The coffee always tastes great. And the SYBO customer service is very good. I had an issue with my urn and the customer service rep on the phone was very pleasant, even on a Monday morning, and the support staff took care of my issue within just a few hours. You can try them out and know if there is a problem, they will assist and take care of the problem.

Great working coffee pot! The only thing I don’t like are the plastic parts on it. One year later and one of the plastic pieces on the lid snapped off.

A great modern looking coffee Urn that pairs well with both new and old kitchens. It brews tasty coffee quickly and maintains temperature until empty. Being a first time Urn user, I had questions for SYBO Customer Service. They were immediately responsive with quality, thoughtful answers. A strong value for the money.

I love this stainless steel coffee maker pot that can brew 30 cups of coffee easily and keeps them hot until turned off. It's also very simple and easy to use the built-in spigot for quick and spill-free dispensing of coffee. I use it to brew the coffee in the morning for the workers that are working on my house renovation and they can come back to get more hot coffee anytime of the day. It's also great way to keep hot water during the winter for any tea lovers or even for instant cup noodles so you don't have to boil the water. This commercial grade material and parts will stand the time and many uses. The size and capacity is just right without being too big yet providing ample amount of hot water or coffee. Great value for its size and quality. Highly recommend it!

I don't know if I got a dud or what... First, it sounds like a diesel tractor while brewing. Literally vibrating the granite countertop. And it never stops tractoring - so do I just guess when it's done brewing and turn it off?! And as someone else pointed out, there is no light for "keep warm" or "heating". I cannot believe it's supposed to work this way... Coming back to edit - have made further attempts and it seems to be working better. Still at times keeps on perking forever, but often works as it should. Still loud. Upgrading from one to 2.872 stars.

This product is not working properly. I have been using it for one month and although I put the coffee grinds it still pours out water from the spout. And the taste of the coffee is very watery and different .
