I never write reviews, but the difference I noticed after a little less than 2 weeks really shocked me. I have PCOS, been struggling with androgenic alopecia for more than 6 years now. Been using for over a month now! I love the taste and love that it is no sugar added. I truly believe this is helping my hair a lot. I have always had an issue with hair loss and this has helped decrease that. I have also always struggled with my hair being super oily after 1 day of washing. Ever since I started taking this, I could go for up to a week without washing my hair, possibly even more if it weren’t for me just feeling like I needed to. I was using WEEM ($$$) for 4 months. I saw minimal new hair growth and what did grow was baby fine and fuzzy. Made no difference to hair already growing. I read about a combination of using Saw Palmetto (I was like "What the heck is that?", I'd never heard of it) and Pumpkin seed oil (to eat, not to use externally) for thinning hair for older women. I've been using this product for just short of 3 weeks, and I am amazed. Not only do I have a LOT more new hair growth, it's normal hair ... and the hair I already have feels a little thicker close to the scalp. Already I don't see one of the thin bald spots being so visible now due to the new hair (less than 1/2") and the stronger existing hair. This product also has a very high biotin content. But I also started substituting the pumpkin seed oil for things I typically used olive oil for... not really noticing any taste differences, but it does take less pumpkin seed oil for things like salad dressings, drizzles, dips, things like that. Which is good, cuz it's not cheap. Added benefit, I see my new nail growth doesn't have those vertical ridges anymore. And my skin looks less "creppy". So do I think this helps thinning hair? I totally do, when used in combination with at least a teaspoon of consumed pumpkin seed oil daily. My advice: Try it, it won't burn your wallet and it might actually show some decent results for you like it did for me!
