Poor Quality.
I ordered this back pack for my son. He used it for 3 days and then it broke on the way to school. The “lunch bag” is very small and not insulated. The charging wire didn’t work. I did contact the company and tney immediately issued a refund.

Broken Strap
It is the third day of school, and my son came home with a broken backpack.The one strap completely detached from the bag. Now he can't use it.I'd love for the company to send a replacement. I'm not happy that the bag only lasted 3 days of school.

Good customer service.
The bag seems very durable not just some thin bookbag. ONEof the arm straps did however snap the first day of use I think it was just a defect in this one peice, BUT the seller was EXTREAMLY fast and helpful with resolving the problem. Other than that the bags are nice and my son loves them. Would rebuy this product or from this seller again.

4 zippers broke in two weeks
Great quality back back, pencil case and lunch box, unfortunately, the quality of the zippers is laughable. All three items are unusable now (less then a month into school) due to the metal zipper handle simply breaking off with no way to fix it. Very sad because the colors and material are great! Very unsatisfied with purchase.

Not worth the money
The bags have room enough but one came without phone charging cord. The other the strap broke after 2 weeks. Very disappointed.

Flimsy. I bought this for my son for kindergarten. Just putting his normal sized lunchbox was too much for the zipper. Wish I could give it zerro stars.
