Simply terrific. I wear a 7 5/8 and this welding cap fit perfectly. Most are far too tight and can really give you a headache after an hour, but this cap stretches beautifully, and the bill with extra cloth on to cover your neck is highly beneficial and tucks inside wonderfully when not needed. It would be nice if they made this to match their welding jackets, but let's face it, this isn't a fashion show. LOL!

Works Great for Big Heads
So the 1-star review is right... this cap fits differently than others. For my big head it fits comfortably and covers my ears and the back of my neck. Great for close quarters and keeping the sparks off parts other than just your head. Buy it if you want a big cap that covers more than normal. Works great, stretchy, and is comfortable all day.

Big and stretch, but weird
This would be good for someone who needs a lot of space for hair or a larger head. The jersey sides make it stretchy, but the seams are kind of clunky and would be uncomfortable it you don't have a lot of hair. Generally just kind of weird construction, but might be perfect for specific needs. Gave it away.

Nice product
I reviewed another version of this product earlier. The sizes run large. Order a few different sized ones and try them all. Otherwise good quality!

Wow I was really surprised. My son has an XXXL size head 25” and this fit him perfect. He was so pleased. Nice quality and comfortable. Perfect!!

Too long of a bill
Comfortable and good quality but the bill on it is a mile long. That is the only down side.

Perfect for long hair.
This I by far the best welding cap I have ever bought, it covers my ears, and the extra flap covers my long hair, I tuck my ponytail into my shirt, and cover what's left with the flap, no more singed hair, and the stretchy t-shirt material on the side panels makes it WAY more comfortable than any other hat I've tried. This is the perfect cap for a long-haired welder.
