You can on the Nintendo DS original and DS Lite, but not in DSi or 3DS systems.

Why are they so much money? T'f!?

If you look at all Pokemon Games, they hold a value due to the collectibles market. Those games came out as long ago as 20 years ago. The ones who played it when it came out are probably gainfully employed and are wanting to revisit their childhood. Also there is a retro gaming market that many kids today enjoy.
