Outstanding & roomy enclosure for a ferret in comparison to past products purchased. Highly recommend. Good price, sturdy and easy to assemble. Love the storage area on top.

My little ferrets are spoiled and love their new home. It's got a large capacity for them to run around and go up and down to the different levels.FYI - The product came with a defect. One of my doors where the metal latches are will not squeeze together to open. This was disappointing considering I had already put the product together and for the amount of money that was paid.This was the only reason I could give it 5 stars.

The cage is very nice! Has a cabinet to store your pet foods, pet cleaning supplies, pet toys and all.One thing all parts were in my package but was missing 1 and messaged them about the pissing part. Great customer service!! So I gave 5 stars :)

Two holes not even drilled out, 3 other holes stuffed with random things. Scratches all over the wood, and the packaging has so much small plastics and metal shavings, don’t open near pets!! If I could rate negative I would!! I want my money back.

Package came with a million shredded pieces of packing peanuts that didn't withstand shipping and covered every possible piece by static. Assembly instructions are lacking proper information to assemble and pieces are not labeled as they are in the instructions. Each individual piece have small defects. Sturdiness is lacking as the wire assembly portions are best described as "loose". Metal portions have metal shavings in the bars and pose a possible threat to any animals and was a hassle to clean out. Magnetic strip in the top completely covered by magnetized metal shards from the manufacturer. Size is smaller than 50 inches standing, listing size is Inaccurate and it is not suitable for anything larger than a small ferret. Overall this is not worth the price / cost of shipping due to the hassle of assembly and the metal shards which pose a safety issue to my small critters. Weight of the box was surprising by the actual weight of this product is very light on wheels. I wish the doors worked better, they are poorly made and are crooked making it hard to open and close.My Rabbits hate this cage.

Item is so functional, well made my chinchillas are in paradise. Came well packaged and easy to put together. Absolutely love it

After 2 months there's metal flaking off of it already. I really like the cage and I've gotten used to the doors opening (some are more difficult to push together) and the bars to support the shelves become loose often. It's a perfect 3 tier size, very easy to put together. But it definitely could be better quality. Thankfully the haven't knocked the ladders off their hooks so it's pretty ferret proof.

Love the cage however after 1 month one of the doors on the top is no longer usable. Unable to squeeze knobs together to open. Cannot find any way to contact anyone for customer support or to get a new door ordered. Help!
