Another I use off-label, but it gets it done!
I keep this in my wound kit (along with Anbesol liquid) for field-sutures when injectable Lidocaine isn’t available or time is critical. Again, it’s crude, but helps make field-sutures bearable (And they’re not watching you do it! You know exactly how that works!), fragments and fibers can be properly dealt with later! STOP the bleeding, package and transport!

Americaine is a great pain relieving spray. However
The brand is great , the cans to deliver americaine to affected area are really unreliable , 1 can worked good until I got to the halfway point and then it leaked , dripped etc. 2cnd can had no aresol in it ??
