Purchased 3 of these. We are an appliance repair business and use them to thaw out frosted refrigerators. 2 of the steamers work fine so far. One that we just pulled out of the box does not heat up. I have sent several messages to the company for warranty. They only give you an email for contact. I have not gotten any response and now I am 2 days past when I can return the item to Amazon. Bummer. I liked the unit and was just trying to get it exchanged by the manufacturer. Appears the manufacturer is a shady company and has a bogus warranty.

This is a very well made unit with lots of accessories that arrived on my porch in a highly damaged commercial box without an further packing. I had to inspect things carefully to insure that all the parts survived the shipment that looked like it was kicked from the warehouse by soccer fans.Using the steamer is pretty easy, however, don't get the idea that you are going to clean the shower, or do any other big jobs. The unit does not hold enough water to do anything major. And, since they have rigged the water fill cap so it cannot be removed while the unit retains heat as a safety measure, you cannot rapidly refill and continue with the job as it takes many minuets to cool off enough to remove the cap.If you have some small jobs that need steaming, this is the unit for you.

I just used it, initially it was working well. May be not more than 10 times in less than 3-4 months since I bought, and now the product is not heating at all. I kept it for some times just to ensure no heat, remove the water and refill it, still it’s not heating. I’m not sure if this is defect, but I am disappointed.I was trying to drop mail to the customer service, no reply. Unfortunately there is no proper customer support on the product.

it's time to clean my kitchen for the coming holidays...the steam lasts long and very useful for the grease on my kitchen tiles. i'll use it for my bath tub later on,

Very easy to use, once I figured out how to get the steam to work. You have to press the “on” button, while sliding it forward. The power of the steam was surprising. I started in my bathroom & was able to clean the shower, toilet & both sinks without having to refill the tank.

When it heated up, it smells like plastic and I have to wear a mask to do the cleaning.

I wanted to have this kind of cleaner for a long time. I finally got this one. I can't wait to try it. I tried it with my microwave and my stove. It works great. It is an amazing product. I am so glad I have this.

Very convenient gadget for cleaning glass and hard surfaces. I had to take one star out as the build quality feels a little flimsy. The material can be improved to provide a better feel.
