Seems to be a benefit and no side effects
I’ve been taking these for about 5 months. My friend recommended for digestive issues and hair/nail growth. The effects are subtle but I have few instances of bloating and indigestion now. Maybe my hair is thicker. I suppose the test would be to quit taking them and see what happens. My friend is taking a much pricier brand but I selected this one based on some research and reviews and I’m satisfied with it.

Worked for me!
I read a report that said colostrum twice a day was more effective than the flu jab. Seems to have worked for me! It may raise the ferritin level in some, so watch if you have that issue.

good shelf life with 3 years before expiration
arrived with some sort of red ink all over the container and no cotton to protect the capsules in transit. Very messed up label and some wording not visible. Maybe that happened at Amazon. concerning as I don't know what all the red smears and dots are.
