I’ve been using this vibration plate regularly for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed with how effective it is. The machine feels solid and well built, and it stays stable even at higher vibration levels. There are plenty of speed and program options, so it’s easy to adjust depending on whether I want a light recovery session or a more intense workout. I’ve noticed my muscles feel more activated during short sessions, and it’s been great for stretching, circulation, and quick workouts on busy days. The remote makes it convenient to use, and it doesn’t take up much space at home. Overall, this has been a great addition to my fitness routine and definitely deserves five stars.

So far so good after 3 months of use, the plate works well and many online exercises available to suit your needs. It is slightly bulky but just about fits under my sofa. The main issue I had was the power cord so I bought an extension as it was just too short. Its very easy to use and it comes with a remote so you dont have to bend down. Be careful using it first month for the first time as you can get jelly legs when you come off.
