The way fountain pens work, is that there isn't really refills. You open the fountain pen up, and it works kinda like a syringe. You can buy any ink wells here on amazon, or in a store. I was honestly disappointed that the set didn't come with one. Hope this helps.

I would like to clarify an answer concerning bottled inks, though it may be too late for the original poster. When using bottled ink, be sure to use only ink that is specified for fountain pen use. Putting drawing inks or dip pen inks into a fountain pen will damage the pen. Fountain pen inks--especially bottled inks--come in an amazing array of colors and finishes (including sparkly inks) that can be used for art and calligraphy if that is your wish. They work beautifully with dip pens. You can also opt for cartridges (remove the converter first--it's the empty tube thing you fill with bottled inks). Fountain pen cartridges come in two sizes (not counting proprietary ones that fit only the same brand pen)--international and international short. I believe that this pen takes an international sized cartridge. Fountain pen cartridges are available on Amazon, and other online vendors that sell stationery and pen supplies. The pen set is supposed to contain refills for all pens. There are many videos on YouTube that describe how to fill a pen using various types of convertors, as well as important care instructions.
