Works well for inexpensive alternative
I have five cameras running all the time. This is the first time I've had one of this brand. It works very well if anything it may be a little slow to connect to the app but that may be where it's located. I wish they had better zoom. Other than that it's outside in the weather and I expect it to last at least as long as the others, which is typically around five or six years if you don't face it into the sun.

I like the Camera PTZ works well with Blue Iris. needs some tweaks.
First why I bought the camera. I needed a PTZ to work with blue Iris. It does intergrates fast and seamless. PTZ could be a little less clunky but I can work with that. Tracking not bad I like it. I would like more options like to have alarm ( which is there) or spot light when motion is triggered. My biggest issue is with the false alram I have my sensitivity at 88 and still have way too numerous false humaniond triggered alerts ( no human is there). Welll worth it overall. would purhase if fits your requirments.

The company definitely went downhill junk
Absolutely. No zoom, and it's constantly connecting and disconnecting from my network. It freezes up all the time. I will never order another camera from you again.

Great picture, DAY or NIGHT
Better video saturation than my Amcrest cameras that were nearly triple the price. This is the third purchase from this manufacturer.

Despite resolution, the video quality is sub-par, and remote interface is very weak.
Picture quality shows significant number of low quality artifacts. There is a very noticable lag in responsiveness. The remote interface is extremely poor, and lacking documentation. Unsure if it works with third party security tools due to network issues, which do not appear to be related to the camera itself. Sound quality is not great, but acceptable. The quality of the product is questionable, as it is all plastic. No metal parts evident. Color accuracy is good, and it does light up well for night vision. For the price, it's not bad, and acceptable.

A lot of features but throw your privacy to the wind!
I'll start with the good. The image quality is as advertised, 4K is good but don't expect to read license plates with it. Easy to set up and software is intuitive. I don't use their cloud service so I can't speak to that. Here is where it goes wrong. ONVIF interface is not very stable, it hangs up occasionally and it takes a reboot to get it going again. There does not appear to be a way to keep it from dialing out their website meaning their app always works off your network. For some people its ok but for people like me who host our own camera setup its unneeded and not wanted. Only way I was to stop it was to block any outgoing traffic from that IP at the firewall. Here comes the most concerning part to me. The camera is constantly, and I mean CONSTANTLY reaching out to 4 different IP's anonymously registered in China. I noticed it when trouble shooting a separate problem with WireShark. This thing is puking packets out all over my network and reaching out to those 4 IP's every few seconds. Once again, I blocked it at the firewall but it's still creating a ton of noise on my network. I won't buy another one and unsure if I will continue to use it for the long term. I may look for an alternative firmware to run on it if there is one out there.
