Can you drink & play or are the dares already given?

I bought it for my 5 yeat old grandson so drink dares were not considered.:) There are blank dares that can be filled in so if you wanted to add something the cards are there. The dares are nothing very daring (why I thought it ok for a child.) There are things like "talk like a pirate" or "stand on one foot." I can see where adding "take a shot" would make those dares more amusing. We did not play it that way but the door is open. Note: there are only a couple of the open dare cards. If you want to include more drinking you may need to add it to the more innocuous dares. Ex: Talk like a pirate and take a shot of rum.

What are some of your ideas for the Uno dares? (For example, howl like a wolf until next turn or play with underwear on your head until the end round)

My husband and I made a kinky set of dares, you can also make a set of truths too

What is they can’t complete the dare do they then pick the cards

You choose the dare or pick up the cards. I guess if you didn't complete the dare then you would pick up the cards. Really fun game by the way.
