Purchased for a students, assembling packs for underprivileged children.

I bought 2 sets of backpacks in different colors for a backpack school supply donation. However, the first set had 2 flawed bags of the 24 sent. The second set had 4 flawed bags of the 24 sent. If I hadn’t received 6 bags with varying issues I would’ve been happy. These issues range from: end of bolt looking seamed fabric running thru the bag, unstitched gaps in the seam that are large enough to stick your hand thru, and dirty looking bags- that had dirt or rust colored stains.I tried contacting seller to see about either replacing the 6 with issues or refunding for the damaged ones. I hate to waste shipping cost returning all of the bags to get an exchange for different ones when only a few have issues. Unfortunately the seller has an automated message system vs being able to reach a person directly.
