3 separate belts focussing on waist, hips. Universal fit. So no need to worry about size. It compresses really well. Slightly thick if I wear under my clothes, can't tell if we can wear it to office, colleges or outside. I don't know if the elastic would loosen up later.

I do not recommend this one, I ordered this bcz its 3 in 1, as shown in photo it would be long 3 section belt however I received a single belt which looked like returned product. It got twisted after 1st use.
