I bought this for a very good deal and it helped me increase my performance doing Crossfit. I bought it on a discount so it was a great value for money. As with ALL other creatine, it won't totally dissolve in water, but it is not hard to drink at all, not the tastiest though. You will feel your energy levels are charged and ready to go during workouts.

Excellent product that does what it supposed to do, although i find that it doesn't ever fully dissolve to the point where it sometimes feels like your swallowing lots of small pieces of sand (I am aware you shake the bottle, before someone thinks otherwise, I've not had this issue previously). Another issue I've found with this creatine specifically is it dehydrates me an abnormal amount compared to pre-workout and any other creatine. Within a few hours no matter how much water I consume I feel like I've got the flu. Haven't really heard anyone else say this so maybe just me but that's a real deal breaker that will make me not buy this one in specific again.

Excellent stuff, at a great price. I always see results within a week. Its not tasteless or 100% soluble but its never going to be. If that bothers you just get it in tablet format but if you're mixing this with BCAAs or your protein shake you'll notice it.

I’ve been using creatine off and on for 25 years. I’ve always been a brand snob but I decided to give this a try. It mixes almost as good as Allmax (it isn’t a finely ground) and I don’t get any stomach issues from it.
