A Must-Have for Anyone Growing Tomatoes or Climbing Plants!
I recently bought these plant clips to help keep my tomatoes and other climbing plants under control, and they’ve honestly made gardening a lot easier. My vines tend to get a little wild once the season really gets going, and tying them up with string was always a bit of a hassle. These clips make it quick and simple to secure the vines to the trellis without squeezing or damaging the stems. They snap on easily and hold everything upright so the plants can grow the way they’re supposed to. One thing I really like is how lightweight but sturdy they are. They don’t feel flimsy at all, yet they’re gentle enough that they don’t crush the plant stems. I’ve been using them on tomatoes, but they also work great for grape vines and a few other climbing vegetables in my garden. The design keeps the plants supported while still giving them enough room to grow and move naturally. Having a big pack is also a huge plus. When the garden starts taking off, you end up needing way more clips than you think, so it’s nice not having to ration them. I’ve been clipping vines all over my trellis system and still have plenty left for later in the season. Overall, these clips are one of those small garden tools that make a surprisingly big difference. They’re easy to use, they keep plants growing upright and healthier, and they save a lot of time compared to messing around with string or twist ties. If you grow tomatoes or any climbing plants, these are definitely worth keeping in your gardening bin!

Sent Me Clips, Not Empty Promise's
Oh joy, another pack of plastic tomato trellis clips has entered my life. The tomato clips showed up in a box that was, shockingly, not crushed into oblivion by the shipping gods. It arrived in perfectly good condition, and when I peeked inside, it looked like all 300 clips were actually there. I’m certainly not counting every single one (who has time for that level of commitment?), but they appeared to be all present and accounted for. Miracle of modern logistics. Even better? They seem to all be pretty good quality. The plastic feels sturdy enough that they won’t snap the second I try to clip a tomato vine that’s decided to act like a rebellious teenager. They open smoothly, just might grip the trellis without sliding around like drunk squirrels, and hold my rapidly exploding tomato plants in place without drama. Just a big pile of functional little clips ready to support my future salsa empire. Would recommend.

Really great clip, but
This style of clip is great for tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, etc. The first ones I got lasted 2-3 seasons in very bright hot sunshine. This next bag however are all breaking a lot easier, but still work so well. Great for any gardener to have in their magic back of supplies.

Handy dandy plant clips! They work well.
These are handy! I’m going to enjoy having them for steaking my tomatoes to a trellis and I’ve already used a couple of them to steak up a house plant that was leaning.

They are sturdy and easy to use.
Nice little clips for holding morning glory vines. Size is very good and they are transparent, sturdy and are light weight. It is easy and fast to attach them to the trellis while holding the vines.

Good for trellis grown plants!
These are great - easy to use, hold the plants to the trellis without damage and seem very sturdy. I like them and will order more when I run out.

They break easy
They’re Ok for one use but they break trying to unlock after using once, so not great for long term use

Some of the better clips have little teeth on the clamp portion to make sure the support line is gripped well and can support some of the plant weight. This clip doesn't have that and the line slides through it easily making it useless. I've tried different materials of line, including a fairly waxy one, but it just doesn't grab it.
