Will a small fit a child or do you also have child sizes?

Actually Flower is was not ‐‐ the question is open without enough information. Up until 2 yrs ago my now 15y.o. nephew was just starting to switch over to adult men's small sizes now he's pushing 6'4" 34" length inseam 30" waist & men's tall medium shirts & large hoodies (he's like like me & likes his hoodies oversized). So without knowing the size of the child there no real way to answer the question other than the way Michael answered it

Yes it's us sizing it's not made small the size is accurate

Why is it US cotton but made in Honduras 🤔

The one I got says made in El Salvador with 50% cotton and 50% polyester.
