Am I able to put two or three suits in this bag?

One suit, and I would recommend the larger bag. I actually have to return my smaller size bag because the zipper broke off. After travelling through the airport with only one suit, it came out with several wrinkles, I can't imagine two or three suits.

Is this wide enough for a floor length flexible dress and is it regulation carry-on size?

A medium mans dress shirt can touch the bottom of the available space, a dress would need to be folded

can it hold a size 46 suit?

That’s my size, I found that the bag is just a bit short where at the bottom of your suit may be a bit bunched up. But if you can live with it, my suit wasn’t wrinkly, it does what it says it does. I love and looking to purchase a a few for Christmas presents.

Is the shoe compartment large enough to accommodate Men’s size 12 shoe?
