Will the pouch hold a Tandem Slim X2 pump whose size is 2" x 3.13" x 0.6"?

Yes, that's exactly what I use mine for.

What about days that are hot and humid? I see this getting you overheated in summer. Cooler weather👍

I have not had any overheating issues due to weather in my year of use (including humid 80-90% and hot 85+ degrees days). The only time I had an issue was when I accidentally put a heating pad directly on my belt and left it there for an extended period.

Can you put a cgm receiver in there as well as a pump?

Hi! Actually I got a large size instead of medium. Sorry for confusion.

Does the pocket have a zipper or Velcro to keep it from popping out?

No, it does not have a zipper or Velcro. Friction does keep the pump from popping out. The tube does have a tendency to pop out though.
