Very Downy. Good As Base Layer.
Used these to make angel wings for a friend's costume for a party. Turned out great but we ran out of feathers after a dusting of feathers. Had to get more from Michel's Crafts Store. It all worked out. Since these are more downy, they made a nice undercoat that made it look and feel more natural.

Not sure they are real but they look, feel, and lay like it. Got this large bag and probably 20 of them can be messed with to look good on a hat which is why I got them and the large amount.
