The label pictured indicates 10 mg of Spermidine trihydrochloride (which is about 57% spermidine) in 2 caps. Do 2 caps provide 5.7 mg of spermidine?

Yes. They do not provide 10 mg of spermidine, but rather 10 mg of spermidine trihydrochloride. As you state, spermidine trihydrochloride is 57% spermidine by mass. So, you're actually getting 5.7 mg of spermidine in 2 capsules. For comparison, this is the equivalent of eating 112 g (~4 oz.) of soybeans.

According to fisher thermo scientific spermidine trihydrochloride is a toxic chemical. is this a fact?

Hello, No, it is not toxic. It is simply Spermidine Salt and is no safer or more dangerous than any other Spermidine supplement. Best Regards, -Reese Double Wood Supplements

How much is in each capsule ?

A serving is two capsules, total of 10mg So, one contains 5

Without merely saying it's no worse than other brands, will you address the claim osha lists this as hazardous with 1 exposure?

Hello Jenny, That designation is for breathing in large amounts into your lungs or getting it in your eyes when working in an industrial environment. There was an NDI (New dietary ingredient) filed for Spermidine Trihydrochloride in 2005 outlining multiple studies on humans which shows it's completely safe when ingested orally. We cannot link to the NDI on Amazon's question but feel free to contact us for the documents. Best Regards, -Reese Double Wood Supplements
