The white hook plating fell off of the magnet right away. The wreath barely weights 2 pounds and that’s over estimating. Not happy at all.

This magnet is as strong as advertised, if not stronger. I've had it for a few months now. I use it in a metal locker/cabinet in my office at work that has no hooks or shelves on the interior, to hang my purse up and to better utilize the space.My purse easily weighs 5 lbs on any given day. In fact, it often weighs closer to 10 lbs. This magnet sticks to the thin metal wall without a problem. I did have to clean the surface of the wall to remove dust as the magnet would slide down the wall with the purse, if there was dust between the wall and the magnet. I took one star away because the green metal hook & disk attached to the large magnet came away from the magnet after ~6 weeks of near daily use. I just super glued it back on to the magnet but I was frustrated that the hook wasn't better attached to the magnet.I had previously tried a Command heavy duty hook which was rated to 10 lbs. The adhesive on the hook came away from the locker interior wall within a few hours, even after following all installation instructions to a "t."This magnet is strong and holds up to the task of hanging my heavy crossbody purse up in my locker. I am pleased with it, especially after a lengthy search for a strong enough hook.

Magnet is really strong but not the adhesive between the magnet and the hook plates. One of my hook plates was separated from the magnet plate when only a kitchen apron was hanging.

big.. strong... used on Fridge. Can hang HEAVY things. Hook is a bit small, but...no real problem
