Does it have a strong exfoliation?

Yes~ when the brush is On full charge, & you hold the button fully down, to see the 3 red lights ON, the exfoliation is really strong & good.

How do you replace the battery?

I don't know .... so far my battery has been holding a charge.

I would like to see a pumice type head, will you be adding more attachments?

Is the entire item waterproof?

Yes. You just have to make sure the charger port is covered. Has a small rubber covering that’s kinda trash but it works.
