It helps my wrist pain.

Iv had a bad wrist for about 6 years now and doctors won't won't bother with me anymore trying to figure out whats wrong, so I have to take care of the pain myself and I will say this was the best purchase iv made. Iv used a normal ice pack and it was frustrating having to actually sit down and use my other hand to hold the ice pack in place and this guy has made it so I can free roam and do other things while icing my bad wrist, definitely helps numb the pain tho I wish it stayed colder way longer so im gonna have to buy a few more so I dont have to wait on the one to cool again😅

My wife really likes this for her carpal tunnel surgery. It works very well but... It is really nice to have the velcro. She is able to wrap it around her bandaged hand for the first 2-3 days after surgery. It is not long enough to use the thumb hole and use it over the bandage. She is able to just wrap it around the wrist which keeps it in place fairly well. I wish they would have either made the product an inch or two longer or sold a longer version. My wife would buy it again.

This is a very comfy brace and it provides good relieve. The ice pack stays cold for about 15 min. Wish the ice pack stays cold for longer but overall good quality and fair price!
