My unit has stopped working. Mini input jack may be bad. How do I return for replacement? purchased 9/2/22

Try a new supply for cable to usb ie another high power charger.

Can this amplify a video signal to allow splitting on multiple viewing screens ?

No. It is for audio only (and in my opinion, doesn't even do that well). You need a device that is specifically for video, like this: https://www.amazon.com/MT-VIKI-Splitter-Composite-Distribution-Amplifier/dp/B0882RHYTW/ This will take a composite video input, amplify it, and provide multiple outputs. It also does the same for the associated audio inputs.

What are the exact dimensions of the power connector? The connector has 2 dimensions, the outer diameter and the inner pin diameter (5.5 mm x?)

I don't know. My Mini Stereo Line Level Amp stopped working the second week I owned it. I recommend buying something else.

Will it give a full 2 volt line out RCA signal

So long as the input level is sufficient to create a 2V output signal, the answer is yes. If the input signal is not of sufficient amplitude it will/can not.
