This silk fabric is absolutely beautiful! The texture is soft and smooth, with that perfect natural sheen only real silk has. It drapes wonderfully and feels so luxurious to the touch. I used it for a sewing project, and it handled well — just be gentle when cutting or pinning. The natural color is elegant on its own or great for dyeing. Truly high-quality silk, and I couldn’t be happier with it!

The delivery took longer than I am used to, but now that I have it in my hands, I am enchanted 😍. The fabric is what I expected and the color dark purple is amazing. Excellent silk product, transparent and stiff. Plan to make small bags to protect my fruit in biodegradable/organic pouches. Instead of using the plastic mesh bags so prevalent, that degrade in the sun and no doubt shed plastics particles.
