How do you measure 100 mg? Is there a measuring scoop included?

There is a scoop; it usually is hidden in the powder. The 35 g size jar has a 100 mg scoop. The 200 g size jar has a 500 mg scoop.

Is the scoop in the container 100mg?

Just spoke w RX Viatamins. The newer formula will state " New Finer Powder " on the front label. Finer means more fits in the provided scoop. Your scoop will either hold 1/2 or 1/4 tsp which would both equal 500 mg of Aluminum Hydroxide. Just go by the label on YOUR JAR.

how many milligrams of aluminum hydroxide are in a teaspoon?

Phos-Bind contains 1000 mg of Aluminum Hydroxide per teaspoon. The 1200 mg / teaspoon quoted by Citizens Bank is for pure US Pharmaceutical Aluminum Hydroxide Powder rather than Phos-Bind.

is phos bind aluminum hydroxide or calcium carbonate? i do not see the list of ingredients.
