Highly recommend. Helps if you have a little roller/massager to break up the scar a bit too
Summary: I was really skeptical of all the reviews saying "wow, after (1/2/5) uses I can tell a difference!" Well, after about 2 weeks of using this day and night, I can attest that it works. My scars are noticeably softer and paler than they were. For reference: I have two linear surgical scars, about a hand's length (palm to fingertip) long each. My operation was May 18, I began silicone scar care on June 16, and it is currently July 2. How I use it: I take a generous dobble (maybe a hefty pea's worth) of cream for each scar. I smear it along the length, then I rub it in using a little rolly thing (from Sparthos on Amazon), with a circular motion, for about 30 seconds per scar. Pros: - nice texture - absorbs quickly - does not seem to stain clothing, although I always rub it in well before putting a shirt on - a little goes a long way-- I got a second tube because my scars are so long and I'm supposed to do this for 6 more weeks, but my first tube is maybe 1/3 gone at most. Cons: - can get sticky on your skin - does take time to work, you have to be patient, I'm very bad at that

Great oitment! For hard to stick areas.
Basal cell and MOHS surgery with 50 stitches on the side of my nose left me with a keloid scar. I've been using the silicone sheets but recently found this cream. I love it.. I'm applying it under makeup and when going out and don't have the patch on my face. It works well and keeps the scar moist. Very pleased with my purchase and using the two together. Easy to use, no odor, not greasy at all... Worth the money...

Good quality and value scar cream
I have only been using this for a week so don’t yet know how effective it will be on scars from a recent surgery but am optimistic. A little of this cream goes a long way. It spreads easily and absorbs/dries quickly. It does not feel sticky after use. There is no discernible scent which is important to me. So far, so good. Assuming it performs well, the price is very reasonable.

Definitely a product I’ll keep buying!
I I’ve purchased this scar gel four times, twice for myself and twice for friends. It helped make my scars nearly disappear, and both friends I gifted it to were just as impressed. Definitely a product I’ll keep buying!

Great sale price...
Scar gel is definitely new for me-that's why i'm only giving it 3 stars. I guess it is what it is. Did make my eye burn a little at first use but the scar runs down my face and across from my eye and i made sure not to get it in my eye. Will continue use.

Haven't even been using it a lot but the scars on my hands have visibly lessened including old ones. No particular smell and doesn't feel sticky or greasy or anything. Great!

Bought this product previous and it got rid of a few of my scars. Then I used an alternative but cheaper and had no results. For the people who say it doesn’t work, I suggest rubbing it in for a few minutes and wrap the scar with cello tape to lock in the moisture. Leave for 24hrs and repeat.

I have been using this now for 10 days on my Keloid Scars and have already used half a tube, I am not sure how you are supposed to massage it in for 3-5 minutes as it has already rubbed in after about 30 seconds. I know it is early days but it is too expensive to continue to buy. I think I will try vitamin E oil.

I wasn’t expecting a miracle but this didn’t have any effect. More like a general moisturiser or silicone primer.
