Does the rod pocket fit an 80mm rod?

The diameter of the rod rocket is 8.5cm , it can accommodate a 8cm rod.

How tall is the frame? 10 feet?

This white backdrop is 12ft long and 10ft wide.

Can you use paint on this screen?

It is a cloth not a canvas. Good quality but still not a thick piece. You can imagine painting your bedsheets if you want to do it. I would not destroy my background
