I bought this because I'm a 49 year old female and was having a lot of heart palpitations and a general increase in awareness of my heart beating along with some weird neurological/buzzing sensations. Several people told me to try Magnesium. I had tried the NaturalCalm product a couple different times before but it didn't seem to do anything but make me have to pee constantly. So I was looking for a magnesium supplement that is gluten free with a high absorption rate and easy on the digestive tract. This brand works for me. My symptoms went away. I usually mix it with either yogurt, smoothies, or an electrolyte/multivitamin product from jigsaw that I also bought from amazon. When mixed with these things you either don't notice the taste at all or it even makes the taste a little more pleasant. Mixing it with just water is pretty disgusting and sometimes I'll mix it with a juice/water blend and it isn't as disgusting as when mixed with plain water but it isn't pleasant either.

I have ordered this several times in the past. But never again! This last time the container was less than half full. I take a scoop a night and it only lasted me just over a month. Usually the container lasts three or four months. There must be some poor quality control going on. It is not worth the high cost. Also, it tastes like ponds water.

Much easier to swallow than horse pills! Doesn't taste too bad either. I take it at night before bed for better sleep!

I love mag glycinate for how easily absorbed it is. I’ve used it for years without any stomach upset. Well, Seeking Health was out of their mag glycinate powder and I needed some fast so I ordered this one. It has the exact same ingredients listed. It gave 3 of us nausea and a rumbling gassy stomach, slightly loose stool. I had to take less and it didn’t feel like enough. It’s probably great for most. I won’t be able to buy it again. I’ll stick with seeking health.

I presume that I am getting the magnesium that is advertised but I do not follow my serum level. Helpful measuring cup and dissolves well into water. Will reorder.
