I have been using this tawa for a few months now, and I am very pleased with its quality and performance. This tawa is made from aluminium, which is a good conductor of heat and ensures even cooking. It has a non-stick coating that prevents the batter from sticking to the surface and makes it easy to clean. It has four cavities that allow me to make four mini uttapams at a time, which saves me time and energy. It also has a long and sturdy handle that provides a comfortable grip and prevents the heat from reaching my hand. It is suitable for both gas and induction cooktops, and it is also dishwasher-safe. It is very easy to use, as I just have to pour the batter into the cavities, add some toppings, and flip them over when they are done. The mini uttapams come out fluffy and crispy, and they taste delicious. I can make various types of mini uttapams, such as onion, tomato, cheese, paneer, corn, etc. They are perfect for breakfast, snacks, or any occasion when I want to enjoy a healthy and tasty dish. They are also very popular with my family and friends, who always compliment me on my cooking skills. I would highly recommend this tawa to anyone who loves making mini uttapams and wants to have a handy and durable tawa for their kitchen. It is a great product from Anjali Diamond.
