How long are the large ones? How long are the smaller ones?

I don't know how long the Squirmles are but rolled up flat the large is 2 3/4" and the smaller is 2". I would have to open the package and not going to do that. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Betty at GoSaveHere

Does the base come with it?

No. It’s a very thin string that you use your hands to make the creature “move.” Comes off quickly.
