desertcart.com : 100% Organic Whole Spelt Flour - 25 lbs : Grocery & Gourmet Food Review: Trying different flours to enhance whole wheat sourdough - I have been experimenting with whole wheat sourdough and the addition of spelt flour and presoaking the hard red wheat flour has helped the consistency of the bread immensely. Review: WATCH OUT! - DO NOT ORDER unless you have a mill! I was expecting flour not grains that I have to process myself. Also the bag had been opened and taped together. False advertising!
