Not my first rodeo with meal replacement drinks. This one is almost impossible to choke down plain(Tastes like ground pumpkin seeds with an extreme salty kick). I had a break through, Used vanilla almond milk(unsweetened, 1 carb per cup) added a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. Tastes very good now, have it with my Keto style Coffee! Very excited to see how my week goes now. Shipped as the new branded KetoOne 0.9.2 (9-6-17) ~ I want to add, after consuming I feel AMAZING, never once had cravings or hunger pains, I assume that means this is very well balanced. My work day is very active as well.

I really like this product. The taste is not bad. You get used to it and start to like it. I like the ingredients and nutrition. It helps me go #2 regularly which is a plus on a high protein diet. Being a dad with 2 kids, this helps save me tim planning meals and stay on track. I recommend making it in advance and sticking it in the freezer for a couple of hours in a shaker cup. I lost weight using this product.

It tastes kinda... what'd you expect from a powder food.... (not great, but then again i didn't use the stevia either)... but let's be real here, we're not eating this for the flavor-- we're eating it for the macronutrients. If you're buying this in the first place, I'm going to assume you're just as crazy as I am-- so you'll be able to endure it. Gave me crazy gas lol, but it did the job.

Ketosoy/KetoOne beats Ketolent by far. Tried the sample of Ketolent and it doesn't compare. Ketolent has a very "aluminum" after taste... very artificial tasting.For those serious about being on a keto / low-carb diet and not just casually looking for any meal replacement drink, KetoOne is for you. It tastes delicious and I read the ingredients are as close to natural derived as you can get. You can definitely taste it too. I sometimes use fat-free milk instead of water and it tastes incredible. I have a very busy and active lifestyle and this makes eating healthier 100x easier / be on a keto diet. Also helps curb my craving for fast food when I'm in a hurry because I know I can just make this in 5 seconds instead of going through the drive thru.For those trying to get cut/lean this has helped me tremendously also and have seen great results. I will sometimes mix this with protein as my protein shake after a workout for dinner. Definitely recommend!
