This is a school book, but the book arrived in flawless condition and has fantastic information for CPI. Impressed with how well it is written.

Required reading for an MBA class I took. They don't dumb things down too much and help make sense of the concepts. I really enjoy process improvement so this book was a good read in my opinion. Very relatable examples and simple to understand concepts. This is a good read for someone who is either interested in Continuous Process Improvement or a teacher who is looking for a text for a class. I feel that we all got our moneys worth with this text.

This has to be the definitive "GO TO" manual for companies wanting to improve their processes read it apply it.....

Should be titled "the book of quality-related lists." Pages and pages dedicated to buzzword after buzzword, list after list after list. I think the real purpose of this book is to encourage one to hire quality consultants because the continuous process improvement arena is a maelstrom of ideas, tools, processes, etc. This is most definitely not a "how to" book.
