A strong man's bar.
The only bar I could find during Covid19, but was worth buying. I needed a bar mostly to do squats. I have a bad rotator cuff and the standard size bars were a bit harder for me reach back and grip to use. With this round grip strong bar made it easier for me to reach behind and grab the bar on my shoulders. Holds a lot of bumper size weights. Very happy with this bar.

Solid bar
As someone who very much enjoys various grip challenges, this bar delivers on that. The double overhand deadlift is humbling to say the least. The big highlight for me is surprisingly how comfortable this bar is for overhead pressing. I like to press with the 2 inch fat bar because I feel it works the grip and relieves strain on the elbow and shoulders. This 3 inch bar has those benefits to another level. The bar is quite well made for its cheap price tag too. I wouldn't hesitate if that is a concern. It should last a lifetime.

Huge grip
I bought this because I use the Titan axle bar (1.9" od) almost exclusively now and I thought an even more challenging grip would be good. I have bigger hands and this is really tough to grip (3" od). I want to use it for deadlifts but for now I can only use it for bare bar rows. My deadlifts require a switch grip on this bar, which isn't conducive to my current goal of increasing my grip and forearm strength. The bar construction is somewhat rough, but solid and acceptable for this price point (104 bucks).

Poor Workmanship.
Came with weight stop welded on crooked. No endcaps and small holes near ends on weight holding portion of bar. But will keep.
