This board have a quick response to obtain measurements and also have a high precision. Great product!

The one I bought doesn’t work with Arduino uno R4

These sensors are not only accurate but every one I test shows as actually calibrated per the specs and do not show excess variation between sensors. I can't say the same about a dozen others I have tried, even expensive ones. This sensor can be used to measure surface temp accurate if you build a little heat-sink riser for it out of a small piece of scrap aluminum (like a 1/8" x 1/4" aluminum bar). Just use silicone thermal adhesive to glue the aluminum to the sensor chip and then glue or bolt the aluminum bar to whatever surface you want to measure. It has been working great for me.
