Brilliant Book, not out off date at all, like other review is saying?The book is clear and concise, is a really good read, as well as being informative.It covers both the basics, so beginners won't be drowning in the deep end :)and the more advanced topics. I knew some of the topics already, but because of the extra, more advanced, and in-depth solutions, it was definitely a brilliant buy.10/10, would recommend to anyone interested in any kind wireless networking

I'm amazed that this book is so highly rated on Amazon. The basic problem is that it was written in 2002 and is now 15 years out of date. You might find it useful in covering some WiFi and Bluetooth basics, but it desperately needs to be updated with everything that's happened since 2002.The formatting in the paperback version is awful in several places.

I found the book up to date and well formatted, unlike what is said in other reviews. It guides the reader from the basics to the details of wireless networking, focusing on WPANs, WLANs and WWANs.A good value for money too
