Does you product come with a hound heater?

No. You would need to purchase a Hound Heater separately if you wanted this option.

What insulation is in the product and what outdoor temperatures are suitable for pets in this house?

The Climate Master Plus series pet houses use 1.5 inches of standard residential white styrofoam insulation in the base, roof panels and all walls. We have customers all over North America using this house in the winter, including Alaska and northern Canada. For extreme climates, a heated sleeping pad inside would be recommended for optimal pet comfort, but this house is very well insulated and even includes a top of the line pet door (made in USA) with superior draft-proofing.

How does this product ship for assembly? I would need to get it through a2 foot door of a closed 10x10 kennel before assembling. Is that feasible?

Yes, this is feasible. This product is shipped in 7 separate panels (front, back, 2 sides, 2 roof panels, and the base), as well as some smaller parts (ridge cap and the 4 corners). It needs to be assembled on site. Assembly requires only a power screwdriver and a short amount of time. A helper to hold the panels during assembly is helpful You will have no problem getting the panels inside your kennel and your assembly can be completed once the panels are inside.

Would it be large enough for a fully grown lab?

i'm certain it would. i raise pomeranians and you wouldn't believe how many poms can fit in it during a downpour. very well constructed.
