Handy little book! Love the laminated pages and spiral design. Great quality! Fits well into my EDC molle tactical first aid pouch, along with the Coleman small first aid tin. Good to keep these items on hand in the glove compartment, backpack, or in pouch on belt.

Slick little guide, quite comprehensive. Pages are hard-finish and lay flat for easy hands-off reading. I love the tabbed organization. Nothing like a quick access when things get urgent. Pages also look like they'd be resistant to staining by blood or medications - - but I haven't tested this. It's also small and light enough for back-packing, just a few ounces.

Highly recommend everyone had one in their home first aid kit. Easy to navigate. Easy to guide through in an emergency. We read through it as a family and reevaluated our first aid kit to match the supplies needed.

I love this little book. The book is designed to help you remember what you were taught in First Aid class, and it does just that. It is waterproof, easy to understand and is very quick to access the info you want. There was no where in the description stating it was water proof and so durable. It is a great book. I will be ordering another.

The book is smaller than a 3 x 5 inch note card, but made very well and the print is easy to read with 20/20 vision or reading glasses. 'Symptoms' and 'Treatment' categories but with extremely cursory remarks; i.e., hold feet up, get cold wash cloth, etc. I was looking for something more in depth. This would be great book for a class given to the Girl or Boy Scout type clubs. It is just simple and basic moves one can do while waiting for help to come.

To update my medical knowledge on hikes, at the beach, around the house and neighborhood.

A must for camping or backpacking in wilderness.
