Sturdy and works well for the price

I have been using this to build core strength and arm/leg strength for inversions and am pleasantly surprised with the sturdiness and ease of use. I am an amazon of a woman and not once in twisting, inverting, side hangs, or transitions of my larger body have I felt like this product was going to give out on me. I did change out the carabiners included for climbing carabiners rated for dynamic load, but for most use the hammock carabiners included will probably be just fine. The one star off on sturdiness is because while it certainly seems plenty sturdy at the moment, I don't see this being a long lasting product. I could be wrong, but some of the seam stitching seems like it may eventually start giving under load. I will happily use this product until I no longer feel it's safe to use, though. Very happy with it for my first, and relatively cheap, yoga swing.

Not impressed

This swing didn’t come with mounting brackets or an easy way to adjust the height. I wanted to be able to hang upside down, but with the height of my doorway mounted pull-up bar I was not able to adjust the height to keep from hitting my head. Because of this I had to buy separate wall mounting brackets and I even purchased extra straps, hoping they would help to get to the right height. On top of that, this has absolutely awful, charm carabiners that take chunks out of your ropes little by little since they are so sharp. Save your money and get a better set.

What a Great deal!

I have a Yoga swing my husband bought for me for my birthday and my daughter is always fighting me for it, so I bought her this one and we can work out together. She loves it and I was surprised at the quality. I am considering buying 2 more for my boys so we can all hang around together. Would highly recommend.

Good quality very happy

This type of material is thin. So, I was a bit nervous about getting into it. But, it is strong and can handle not only my weight (150lb) but also all the exercising I put it through.
